Where are all the Lance Stephenson lovers now. The guy was vastly overrated by members of the CSFMB (Nas you listening) during the summer and now you can barely get a whisper out of them regarding his not so stellar play. You talk about a guy that was counted on to deliver and now has delivered nothing. The book out now is that he is nothing more than a fourth option and an expecting him to become more of a scorer was unrealistic. This summer there was a lot of talk about him being a guy that can get his own shot and a guy that was on the cusp of stardom. Now that he stinks no one wants to talk about him. What gives?

He's better than Marshmelo and cheaper. He's also not a quitter and has a winning playoff record. You're embarrassing yourself.

No he is not. This why people don't take you seriously. Too much dumb stuff comes out for you to ever be taken seriously. The guy has never been to an all star game and he has played like shit this yr. He has been the biggest free agent disappointment this yr. You kept making excuses for his bad play until it became apparent that he couldn't deliver. I know you will try and hide behind the whole "i'm just trolling" thing, but that is just a convenient cover for bad and idiotic basketball opinions.

Carmelo Anthony has played at a high level for most of his career. He has far more capital than Lance Stephenson. Lance was everyone's flavor of the month when there were no games played. The funny thing about Lance was that he only became important once Granger was injured. He was never viewed at any point as a key cog to the Pacer machine. He went from NBA no body to emerging all star overnight. Nas and people like him jumped on the bandwagon thinking there was something special and touted him as a future all star. Now that he is flopping he conveniently forgets that.

You also thought he was better than Pau Gasol. How that work out for you. Yeah everyone around the NBA really believes that he was instrumental to the Pacers winning record in the playoffs. He was really considered a focal point. Your basketball opinions are getting worse by the day.

Lance is good as a 2nd option on a team but nowhere near a main guy for a team. Hes not a leader and can be erratic at times with his olay and behavior. Pair him up with someone like Paul George and he looks better

Melo for all the dissing of him still has not been placed on the block. This guy was placed on the block after 23 games. Pathetic. Is it still too early? Just wondering because apparently the Hornets brass obviously does not concur.

There is no market for Marshmelo. Teams are calling and lining up to get Stephenson. Teams usually don't like losers.

Melo isn't on the block last I checked. They are looking to pull the plug after 23 games. That is not a good look for your guy no matter how much you want to spin it. Would you still rather have Stephenson over Gasol?

Let's talk about markets since you keep bringing it up. There were only two teams checking for Lance during the summer and now you can see why. Carmelo Anthony is having a better season than him and for your talk of losing the Hornets record is about the same as the Knicks. You truly are a fountain of misinformation.

The Charlotte Hornets are on a three game winning streak. All three wins have occurred while Lance Stephenson sits out. If this is not a further indictment of Lance I don't know what is. Hornets are 6-19 with Stephenson in the lineup and 3-0 without him.

Conspicuously missing from this thread are any comments by one douchebag. Refuses to engage while the career of Lance is floundering but now he just can't seem to get enough of him. Here was your opportunity and you blew it kid.

I'm providing actual facts and statements from coaches, and you just have an axe to grind as usual. Just admit you were wrong about Lance and move on.

It's interesting that the names you neglected to mention were that of Doc Rivers and and Steve Clifford guys that were both coaches of Lance. They also were guys that neglected to play his sorry ass. 4 games are now supposed to now outweigh about 140?

In which universe does that occur?

Oh the irony in "just move on". Is that what you are doing? It seems like you were waiting for an "aha" moment. This battle was won a long time ago. Even then biggest of Lance supporters laid down theor weapons months ago. You're merely "whistling past the graveyard" right about now.
