too many games. too grueling. nobody can give 100% day-in day-out. Football you get one game/week to recover. Baseball isn't that physically demanding so the regular season play is still very competitive. I dunno about hockey, who cares about that anyway.

there is my opinion. pick it apart.

Makes you wonder how they ever played the game in the 60's 70's 80's 90's.

Part of the pro game is survival of the fittest. Endurance is a major factor

Agreed. Baseball and hockey players must be slackers too.

I'd you're going to complain about too many games.in basketball, I got to ask why you didn't mention the eternity that is 162 in baseball. I think both leagues have too many games.

not too many games to watch, too many games to play, physically, for them to perform well every game.

Gotcha. Makes sense. Still think 162 is too long though for the MLB. Must be fun to play but it's punishing to follow, for me at least.

So bet the back to back road game visitors, v the home team that has been laying around for a day.

seems so simple doesn't it. but the home team's been busy pounding pussy and smoking pot all day. how do you get "fired up" after a day of that.
