Jose Hernandez of all people has the 12th best season BABIP in history at .402. Everybody else at the top for a season, Ruth, Cobb x2, Etc... are pretty damn good, and then there's Jose Hernandez.

That can't be right. Williams had to be higher in 1957. Is there a 500 AB cut off maybe?

That guy liked the needle, but he did put together 1-2 nice seasons for the Cubs.
