$60 Million was spent on that shit! 2 Sources, who basically had been forced to talk to Senator Mitchell.

All those 2 sources had was Steroid use, which I agree is down, that is because of a better testing policy and a BETTER OPTION! HGH!

Sorry for starting another thread, but I think the end result of all this was horse crap for the money and time spent!
