Yes, he's the best pitcher in the game, but to say something like "it isn't even close" as has seemed to be the cool thing to do these past couple years is absurd when there are so many other good pitchers out there.

I'm not really sure, but Harold Reynolds is surely ridiculous (as usual) with his conviction that sign-stealing is occurring. We'll never know, but it's clear they do have Kershaw's number in the stretch. Well, as much as anyone can have a number on him... he's slightly less amazing against STL

I thought professional hitters adjusted to strike zones from game to game and quietly called the ump everything but a white man under their breath on the way back to the dugout. Not that I don't appreciate a fella losing his shit because it happens but, gee whiz, it's kinda important to not get tossed, particularly in a protracted affair such as this one.

Then again in this day and age people celebrate regular season meaningless wins like they've won the series, so why am I surprised by everyone thinking they should get calls like they're all Tony Gwynn.
