The NL's offense has been very quiet outside of their 2 out rally in the 2nd.

The ball isn't carrying well tonight.

It's a really quick game so far. Even with FOX's extended commercials.

Joe & Tim mentioned something about pitching being the story in their opening remarks...So far, it looks like clutch hitting and NOT homers will determine this one. Something also tells me that Jeff Goldblatt & Robin Robinson aren't going to be on until well past midnight tonight, but what do I know? These MLB/FOX Sports' prime time games seem to drag on & on...

That Taco Bell commercial was actually pretty decent! Especially for being 3 minutes long

i have to admit these games have been pretty tightly contested the last few years, and at least made for interesting viewing.

If I'm in St. Louis, Lilly is probably the last guy I want to bring into a game.

Mariano is a freakin machine. There was some dumbass on here who told me he's 'done'. Looks like he still has something left in the tank.

I would say so... probably could go another two years after this if he wanted. He's (to me) an absolute no-brainer first ballot hall-of-famer, and a great ambassador for the sport. I am definitely not a Yankees fan, but I am a fan of him.
