Video game geeks are ruining science

Rodriguez' sloppy positioning and lazy signals that tipped batters and runners down in Texas aren't there on a stat sheet. Just like Ivan Rodriguez calling for fastballs on breaking ball counts so he could attempt to throw out runners isn't obvious. That's stuff baseball insiders know. It isn't that some twelve year old reading Fangraphs is sharper than Joe Torre.
