Almost end of May and Seattle is leading the AL west while the Astros are in last place.

Did not see that one coming at all.

Phillies at 26-21. I think most people pegged them for last place and a horrible season.

The Cubs followed the Astro's plan

As far as tanking, getting high draft choices and trading off established players for prospects ....yes. But the Astros use of their draft choices was vastly different. They went after pitching, which has a far greater bust factor. The Cubs used their high draft choices on position players, who were far more likely to have success. They executed the plan better. That said, I believe the Astros will rebound and play better baseball and be respectable. Not a contender, but not terrible either.

Astros too cheap to dip into free agency.

Also, Astros "go-for it" trades have gone horribly wrong.
