Probably better than the Pecota projections, but the Cubs are usually heavily bet by the public so 89.5 is probably a bit high. |

It's pretty sad that in the tank (Plan) era, now when you sign a guy for 6+ years, the first year or two are wasted since the team isn't in their window yet, and then the last several years are shit because the player inevitably declines. |
