Following one of the most embarrassing free agent pursuit failures in MLB history, here is your repository for the great things Manny is going to do for San Diego this year . .290, 30 , 110 seems about right .

Bruce Levine this morning said the Sox would be "thrilled" with 73-75 wins this year. Which tells you they are not even really looking at competing next year.

I said lineup. The starting pitching is average at best but has a very real possibility of being at the bottom of the league.
