that's right, Andrew Cashner has elevated himself to the Opening Day starter for Baltimore.

I think the Cubs may have given up too much for Rizzo.

Great start against the Sox. I was on this from Day 1.

4-1 with an ERA of 4.18.

4-1 on a terrible team, that is.

Then he won 2 slugfests at Colorado and vs SF.

6-2 record on an 18-41 team.

7 shutout innings tonight.

And got the win.

Now 8-3 with a 4.03 ERA on a terrible team.

Also 10 of his 16 starts have been on the ROAD.

SO happy for him.

As expected. He was in a nice niche, doing so good, now gets traded, and he gives up 6 runs in 5 innings.

Doesnt matter that that Boston is a better team. Different environment, high pressure, it's gonna fuck a guy up.

another loss.

pitched ok, but as he said after, he made 2 mistakes.

truly sad. Coulda had a soaring career year with a terrible team and instead they disrupt his rhythm and momentum with this bullshit trade.

and just like that, Cashner has been relegated to the bullpen.

Sad. Had such a great year on a terrible team, he deserved to finish it off on his own terms. Instead he was boinked to Boston which fucked up his rhythm and 3 bad starts later he's in the bullpen. So what the fuck did they acquire him for then?
