Good for him.. Looks like he dropped 65 lbs. He had to be 325 at his heaviest.. Hall of fame, yes or no? I say yeah. |

If he had that kind of commitment to his health as a player, he would still be pitching and could have made a run at 300. |

He pitched on 3 days rest basically the whole 2nd half of the season. |

Yeah, that Brewers run he had will probably be something that is never done again due to "load management" bullshit. He should have laid off the sauce, but I would leave him out of the HOF for abandoning his team to go to rehab during a playoff run. He couldn't wait a couple more weeks? |

Gallardo blew out his knee the opening series in Chicago that year and couldn't help Fatty get us further as he wasn't the same when he came back for the playoffs. |
