Apparently that latino ballplayer on field exuberance we've come to know and love also extends to domestic violence . Not his fault though, its his culture. Its what the kids want to see.

Yeah, we're never going to hear from him again. My guess would be plea deal and a short jail term followed by voluntary permanent deportation in lieu of a longer sentence.

Nope, that was 2020. He signed a 3 or 4 year deal this spring.

It will be interesting how many years of salary this costs him when it's all over. He's going to be prosecuted even without his wife's cooperation. This isn't he said she said. Police actually saw him perpetrating the crime.
