16 wins in a row. That's a franchise best. That's a tie for NL best also. MLB best is 22 with the Cleveland Redacteds in 2017. I believe they have 6 games remaining so they could tie. |

I had given up on them in August. Less than 3% chance to make the playoffs. Amazing what a 16 game winning streak will do. |

It will be fascinating to see how Roberts manages the one-game wild card (assuming it's the Dodgers). Probably the most pressure we've seen in a game in a long time. |

Scherzer obviously has disgusting stuff and has the ability to dominate but I’ve seen too many 105 pitch, 5 inning games from him the last couple seasons. I’ve also seen a lot of games in the 2nd half of this season in which the Dodgers can’t score runs. This game is a coin flip, so +175 is great value with Wainwright on the mound. |

Scherzer is a stud, but his last two outings were terrible and may have cost him the CY. Look for Roberts to go into panic mode if Max gives up a couple runs early. |
