"Tres Barrera" is Spanish for "Koyie Hill." |

Just heard about this on the radio. Cardinals manager was bending over backwards to say this had nothing to do with their pitchers struggles |

Which if any of the Cubs World Series Players should they have kept? Only Schwarber and Rizzo could be in discussion, and even those guys are pretty low BA players. |

Happ has surprised me too. |

You’ll to have to indulge me a bit. My (our) teams are so consistently bad that average feels good. And I love baseball to death. The product, both the league and the Cubs, is significantly improved. They are just a .500 team this year. But the trend looks upwards from here. |

I think he'll be back catching after they realize it's not him. They started to pitch to contact ( dumb AF) |

I read tonight that their GM wouldn't trade Nootbar and Donovan for Murphy in the off-season. Nootbar and especially Donovan are good players, but $87M minus whatever Murphy is making would have definitely helped paper over that pitching staff. |
