Mets trade Lastings Milledge to Washington for C Brian Schneider and OF Ryan Church.

Milledge was the Mets top prospect who had trouble getting along with teammates for the last two seasons and had the controversial rap CD.

All last season Milledge was untouchable and now they sell him on the cheap. I cannot help but think the White Sox could have sent Contrearas to the Mets for him and kept Garland.
