After coming out of retirement, Troy Percival just signed a 2 year 8M deal with the Rays to be a closer.

This is a wierd market in the MLB over the last two years. Now, guys who you have absolutely no reason to rely upon are getting big contracts and prime spots reserved for them on rosters.
