Mets trade Lastings Milledge to Washington for C Brian Schneider and OF Ryan Church. Milledge was the Mets top prospect who had trouble getting along with teammates for the last two seasons and had the controversial rap CD. |

All last season Milledge was untouchable and now they sell him on the cheap. I cannot help but think the White Sox could have sent Contrearas to the Mets for him and kept Garland. |
