Fans, Spring Training camps will soon open in Arizona & Florida respectively, and there are still quite a few free agents that have NOT signed. While the Yankees broke the bank to sign C.C. Sabathia, A.J. Burnett & Mark Teixiera to outrageous contracts, three of the most notable names still available have one person in common. The three I'm referring are Manny Ramirez, Andruw Jones & Jason Varitek, and their agent is Scott Bora$. It appears as if there's very little in the way of progress involving these three high-priced veterans and the agent who doesn't seem to realize that America is in a recession and that teams lack the money to sign these and other guys to the kind of big money contracts that are non-existent right now. These three are just a few of the many ballplayers who are free agents and may have to accept much less money just to play in 2009.
