F. Thomas' mouth may have run amuck on an occasion or two but J. Reinsdorf is too dumb to realize that F. Thomas was the only reason to watch his team during a time period when they stunk. When things got good, F. Thomas was disgracefully exiled to Oakland.

No room for C. Fisk or F. Thomas but the acquisitions of R. Alomar, C. Everett, K. Griffey, Jr, S. Alomar, Jr., E. Loaiza and J. Conseco are a-okay with J. Reinsdorf.

That knucklehead should've moved the franchise to St. Petersberg, FL when he had the chance.

I passionately agree with you in regards to Reinsdork threatening to move the Sox to Florida if the state of Illinois wouldn't concede to his demands for a new stadium. I'm not sure if a lot of people have forgotten his threat, but I have never forgiven Reinsdork. And the stadium he did build was atheistically awful when stadiums such as Camden Yards and Jacobs Field were being built during the same period. And I won't even mention his leadership preceding the 1994 lockout when the Sox had an excellent team and the World Series was taken away.

I wonder if this is another death nail for baseball. In my opinoin, Manny was a guy that you said maybe on roids, but probably not, now this comes out, you would have to say that you can't say anybody is clean.

Bud Selig can say he doesn't want to be known for allowing Steroids, well he is, and if he was smart he would start yelling to test everybody today, whatever test you have to, blood, hair, or whatever. He won't and baseball will start to lose more fans.
