I don't have a huge rooting interest in a particular team. I do, however, hope the Yankees lose. It doesn't look as if that's gonna happen; at least in the first round. For some odd reason (odd because I'm a Cub fan) I'm rooting for the Cardinals. It's not looking good so far, as Carpenter left a few pitches right in the middle of the plate for the Dodgers to take a 2-1 lead. |

Yeah, Duncan certainly would know better than me...however, the thought of pushing a guy to pitch on short rest for the first time in his career, after he is finally getting healthy, doesn't sit well with me... |

A sub 2 ERA does not equal bad...having a fluke year doesn't equal bad...and being garbage as a starter doesn't equal bad... Regardless of what he does next year, to say he has sucked this season is dumb. |
