Dont mean to piggy back an ESPN article, but Jeff Bagwell is apparently hitting coach material? Dude had quite possibly the crouchiest, most unorthodox batting stance known to baseball. He probably could execute the helicopter bowl movement with flawless execution. Let's also not forget he was one of the best hitters during the steroid era, and I do believe there were questions about whether or not he was juicing due to how bad his body broke down towards the end of his career.

Someone else said he would be better and i was just figuring that career BA was the easiest and quickest way to come to that conclusion. Its not my conclusion as I think they both will suck at it and its just a pr move by both teams.

Its also important to note that according to D Lee and Aram hitting coaches are only there to throw soft toss in the cage and bp and maybe, maybe work with a rookie.
