This isnt news in itself, but I do think it is News that no 'Insiders" have told him that he shouldn't do so? or that he would be eliminated. Uncle Jerry sent the message about the cubs? but I guess it is OK to go into Texas??? |

Not that it matters, but while MLB officials have given Mark Cuban the green light, he could be part of a group led by Texas Rangers' President Nolan Ryan in hopes of getting in that way... |

Cuban should be the owner of the Cubs. I'll be disappointed if the MLB owners allow him to buy the Rangers after they said no to Cuban buying the Cubs. |

If Havana gets a baseball team, they could maybe compete with LeBron/Wade/Bosh for the title with all the homegrown talent down there. |

Uncle Jerry was more concerned about proximity, and far more insecure of not being the most popular owner in Chicago anymore IMO. |
