When MLB "Commissioner" Allan H. Selig announced plans last week to take over the day-to-day operations of the Los Angeles Dodgers, Frank McCourt took exception to a point where he was going to file suit vs. Selig's office and continue in his role as CEO of the franchise. I'm not sure he is going forward with such legal action. |

That really would've been interesting, Frank.  Wouldn't it be cool if there were two parties claiming control of the Dodgers. It'd be the new Western Schism. |
