yeah that was weird....i'm not sure how i feel about the idea of "suspended" games...i mean it's 1-1 in the 2nd now, but neither of the original starting pitchers are pitching. isn't that the reason they made that rule, so you couldn't have a 7 inning rainout 'victory'? i love how people bitch about baseball's sanctity and tradition, yet a lot of the rules are really random, i.e. roster expansions in september, suspended games in the playoffs, the all-star game deciding home field..

i guess i feel if a rule is a rule....then it should be a rule throughout the season including the playoffs.
