Why would he be suspended? Seems a little silly to punish someone for expressing their beliefs.

The Marlins have a tough time getting asses in seats and a gesture like that may appease the Cuban community. They're going to have to do something big, I don't believe an apology is going to be good enough. If this ends up dramatically hurting attendance at their new ballpark, you will see Ozzie step down.
