He was only roidy for about 5 years in there - including his MVP award. He was still quite good the other years. Definitely top 5 catcher of all time. |

Actually, Damian Miller was the best catcher in Cubs history. He got them as close to a World Series as they'd been in generations. No surprise what happened after they got rid of him in '04. |

There's a list of pitchers a mile long who complained about Rodriguez' need to call fastballs in bad situation in order to boost his % of throwing out runners. |

Guys playing in the dead ball era would have had better offensive numbers if the played in the roid era...probably.
