Houston is on the clock. I think they go with Stanford RHP Mark Appel.

Shocker. SS Carlos Correa. This draft just got flipped on its ear. Stretch

Now Minnesota has a decision between Appel and Buxton. I think the bastards take the pitcher.

Wow. He was supposed to be around for the Cubs. Keyzer, who's the OF who's moving up the board? Cant think of his name.

The Twins took Buxton. Can't believe 2 teams passed on Appel.

Is it either Albert Almora or Courtney Hawkins?

Almora. That's the guy. That's my cubs pick unless there's a pitcher who falls to them.

Seattle takes Zunino. Brilliant pick. He's gonna be a hoss.

Still can't believe none of the 3 college pitchers have been chosen. The Cubs will have a choice between one of them and Almora.

That scream you heard was Kansas City because they are assured to get one of Appel or Gausman.

Hopefully Zunino is no Jeff Clement.

Scott Boras really fucked Appel in the ass with his bullshit. Guy is plummeting.

Orioles go with LSU righty Kevin Gausman. Good pick. He's gonna be real good.

The Mark Appel slide stops here at Kansas City.

The MLB draft is such a crapshoot. I don't know who anyone is, and most of these guys never make it, and the ones who do take five years to do so. It's not worth televising.

Wow. Zimmer over Appel. Electric stuff but not a lot of experience.

There has to be something going on behind the scenes with Appel. I'm done predicting where he's gonna go though I can't see the Cubs passing on him.

Cubs are taking Almora. Guess they don't need pitching that badly.

They were true to their word and went with Almora. Something is definitely going on with Appel. Boras is still an asshole.

What's wrong is his agent is Scott Boras and with the new rules pertaining to how much you can spend on the draft, teams aren't going to spend all of their money on one pick.

The biggest name was also the best player on the board. All kinds of rumors that Boras is trying to steer Appel to Washington.

San Diego takes HS lefty Max Fried. Great pick. He and Petco are going to be a nice match.

Ummm.....ok. Appel goes to the Pirates at 8. Cole, Taillion and Appel. That's freakin scary.

The Pirates are probably going to use a huge chunck of their allotted money to sign Appel but who cares. They got arguably the best player in the draft at #8 and their future rotation is sick.

Damn. The Marlins take Heaney. That's the guy I wanted for the Sox. Real good polished college left hander. Damn

Rockies go with HS OF David Dahl. A little surprised they took him over Hawkins. Maybe he'll slide to the Sox.
