its really bad.

"the bad teams have been good, and the good teams have been bad. you just dont get the roller coaster like this in any other sport"

yup. youre right. because every other sport rewards their good teams for being good. theres so many fuckin games in baseball that by the end of a season you have a landscape that is COMPLETELY different then the one you started with. might sound like fun, but really baseball seasons are determined by a crapshoot. at any point where you think something matters, it doesnt.

contrast to the nfl, where there is ups and downs but they happen in MOMENTS. every single play matters, all season long. its so much more exciting they shouldnt even be in the same category. mlb should be considered fun family entertainment. nfl is considered real sport.

He's wrong anyway. The good teams are good and the bad teams are bad. I think what he's trying to say is that idiots who thought certain teams were good were just wrong but they uh, uh, eh, look again, I thought Doug Fister was Sandy Koufax and uh, eh, he is, he just hasn't pitched that way and uh, eh, eh, for the love of God, a team with Fielder and Cabrera can't lose to the, to the, to the White Sox who are just a big bunch of suck, I mean, uh, look again, for the love of God, okay, I've been watching baseball for a long time, a loooooooong time, and I uh, uh, I know a good team when I see one, Orioles, bad, Oakland, bad, bad at baseball, and uh, look, if they play better than bad that, uh, uh, it doesn't make them good or make me wrong, it uh, uh, uh, I, I, I, I, I, for the LOVE OF GOD, IT JUST MEANS A BAD TEAM PLAYED GOOD. IT HAPPENS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This year is a lil different from most..small payroll teams are in the mix and there is no dominant team in either league..Balt and Oakland have made things interesting...And baseball is a great game an I agree too many games...would like to see 112 games ..start on may 1st.

Yeah, why can't these guys just admit they were wrong? Just because you didn't think the same damn Sox team you picked to roll the division in 2011 could win 90 games makes you an idiot rather than making the Sox a shocking surprise.

That season was great...every day it was "ok, you can just go ahead and start losing now...because you're bad, everyone knows you're bad, and you're going to end up with a bad record"...

...pretty sure that was the same year as the John Lennon avatar. :lol:

This has been a fun year of baseball. The NL is all about the wildcard now, and I love each of their division winners, all likeable teams. The AL has a lot of close races, and there should be great playoff match-ups.

I think the one game Wildcard playoff is silly, and I am curious to see how that goes.
