I found this site looking for clips of Musial's swing yesterday. Cool stuff, I thought you would enjoy this. Also, I fully expect this thread to produce some comedic nuggets, as in any thread you post in sir. Good day to you. http://clients.chrisoleary.com/Hitting/ModelSwings/MickeyMantle/tabid/1264/Default.aspx |

I can only imagine how mammoth that home run probably was.Hey RFDC, if you really think the Ted Williams swing is better, you should probably check yourself in for a psychiatric evaluation. It is possible that you could be a danger to yourself and others. There really is no shame in admitting you are insane, we will still accept you once you have recovered. If, however, you are merely trying to annoy me, I assure you that your plan has failed miserably. |

I would think the fact that Williams was a much better hitter and his much higher career OPS would annoy you more. |

I'm gonna go with this one: Also, I'm sure a great Yankee fan like stoneroses is well aware that The M!ck was a superior hitter from the right side. |

If you can call a five hundred (500) foot home run "popping it up," so be it. How about this swing? Trivia question: can you identify the on-deck player? |

No, it is not Kevin Maas. Every game show must have some kind of audio signal when a wrong answer is given. I cannot do that, so every wrong answer will be greeted by this fake Yankee. |

Will Clark was a crazy good left handed hitter. In my lifetime I have seen no better than Griffey at it. |
