ESPN & ESPN2 have the games nationally today & tonight. ESPN has Red Sox/Yankees right now, followed by Giants/Dodgers at 3P-ish. ESPN2 has a pair tonight with Phillies/Braves & Cardinals/D-Backs starting at 6P. |

Marlon Byrd's dead ass is 2 for 3 with 2 rbi so far today for the Mets. It only took him about 3 months and 50 games to achieve that last season. |

It is impossible to overstate just how valuable Matt Carpenter is to this team...nice to have a guy who can step into the corners of the infield and outfield at a moments notice and provide solid contributions with both the bat and the glove. |
