I guess it's just personal bias, but if Selig and MLB came out with the cure for cancer it'd still look fucking retarded to me. And what's with the entirely unnecessary rationing of the 3 challenges? Umpires never really fuck up for the first 6 innings apparently, but those last three, well god dammit they get hungry, their blood sugar is low, they've been looking at the broad's tits in row 3 too long, just way too much distraction attraction I guess. Those first six innings? Fuck it, immaterial. Those last three? BIG. BOY. BASEBALL. PANTS. .... or maybe umpire slacks. |

In my parts of 6 decades in this game, the best I have ever seen at using umpire challenges before the seventh inning is Manny Acta. You better play hard for Manny. And you better call it right with him too, cuz he'll get ya if not! |

Can MLB please have a box clock as well? This surely will add time to games. Teams like Boston and NYY already cause games to last an excess of four hours. |

i'm down if they can add in some lights and sirens around the ballpark for whenever the challenge is on. sponsorship opportunities galore! this is some more "sanctity of the game" rubbish tossed out there by the same guys who are squashing baseball's drug problem by getting rid of the world's most famous centaur, a-rod. |
