On Wednesday, we passed along word that longtime big leaguer Curt Schilling had outed two men who made vulgar tweets about his daughter last week. Schilling congratulated his daughter Gabby for being accepted into college and many responded with vulgarities, including some that mentioned rape.

"This wasn't harmless. This wasn't a joke. This wasn't some guys having beers and making some fun," said Schilling to CBS This Morning. "These were people that were malicious -- that don't like me -- that tried to destroy my daughter."

The two men -- Adam Nagel of Brookdale Community College and Sean MacDonald of Montclair State Unversity -- were disciplined and Schilling says he knows of seven others who were also punished for their tweets. He has also been contacted by the FBI and local law enforcement about possible criminal charges.

"There is going to be -- potentially -- legal implications with a couple of these. They were that bad," said Schilling. "I plan to pursue all legal options. Let's just say that."

Schilling said two men who tweeted vulgarities attend Salve Regina University, where his daughter will attend. The school has taken action against the students and is conducting an investigation.

"This will follow them the rest of their lives," said Schilling. "And for some of these guys, I'll make sure it does."



Nice job Curt. You are making America a safer place. Of course you're so honorable that you're working on paying Rhode Island back the 75 million your company left them on the hook for right?

I thought Salve Regina was a conservative catholic school. This seems odd for people who would attend.
