So.....this guy gets tested 3x per week, and didn't fail a test. He turns himself in to his employer anyway, and they are going to throw the book at him? This seems odd to me. |

Maybe he had to explain missing some baseball responsibilities for extra AA meetings, a return to rehab or whatever. Or there usually is a lesser penalty when you turn yourself in? Or he could have somethign else we do not know that will turn up that happened during his binge. |

We might need help from Team Cocaine as I am not sure how long it stays in the blood stream, I would imagine it is longer than 24 hours though. |

I heard his father in law sent out a tweet saying "Josh hit a bump (haha) in the road, keep him in your prayers" and that was how MLB found out |
