D-Backs +120 Seattle EVEN Tigers -170 3 team parlay - +600 Diamondbacks @ Marlins -- Archie Bradley vs Mat Latos -- 2 pitchers who have been hit by batted balls this season. Latos left his last start after 3 innings after taking a liner in the shin. Bradley took a 115 mph line shot off of Carlos Gomez's bat to the side of his face a few weeks ago. With Marlins having manager issues and Latos usually pitching in games the Marlins lose while the D-Backs have won all but 1 of Bradley's starts, D-Backs seem like a good deal at +120. Tigers have a ginormous day/night OPS split-- Day: .890 OPS and 24 HR in 678 AB Night: .653 OPS 10 HR in 723 AB David Price on the mound for the Tigers and Scott Feldman's been so "iffy" this season Astros scouting Shark to take his spot in their rotation: http://houseofhouston.com/2015/05/20/re ... nd-others/ Mariners v Orioles: Orioles Christ Tillman pitches for the first time since a DL stint for a sore back. Might've been an excuse to pull him out of the rotation for a few starts, as he was getting rocked regularly. Mariners have the pride of Peru, Illinois J.A. Happ going and he's been pitching well (2 runs or fewer in 6 of his 7 starts). Plus he's a LHP and Orioles hit lefties less well than RHP. Slotted to be the 5th starter in Seattle's rotation, he's been their 2nd best pitcher this season. 2nd to King Felix in ERA/WHIP etc among Mariner starters. Both Orioles and Mariners have similar Day/Night splits as the Tigers. 2x on Tigers 1x on Mariners 1x on D-Backs .5x on parlay. |

DBacks WIN 7-6 Tigers WIN 5-4 Seattle LOSS 6-7 Parlay LOSS (thanks, 1st pitch swinging with bases loaded and NOBODY out Seattle hitters) fucking Mariners, had bases juiced and 1 of fewer outs TWICE in the final innings...and only pushed a single run across the plate. and 2 Seattle hitters step up to the plate with bases loaded, zero outs--facing a pitcher having as much trouble locating the strike zone as Ed McMahon finding his house keys at 2 AM on a Sunday morning....and they both swing at first pitch and weakly pop out....WORK THE COUNT. Maybe draw a walk, maybe get a wild pitch....jeez. |
