D'Backs got a $1.5B deal and they still get the competitive balance pick.

Teams in the top 10 smallest markets and the top 10 lowest revenues are eligible for a competitive balance pick. The Cards are considered a top 10 small market and this deal will not affect that so they will continue to be eligible for the extra pick.
