they were probably looking for a reason. there are other guys they've kept who have gotten into trouble with their mouth. schilling never offered much in terms of analysis anyway. he's just your average outspoken tool.

Really? I generally share his views about the washroom but if I were a public figure I wouldn't be dumb enough to share them on a social media website. He was fired for being stupid.

Good riddance. Maybe Aaron Boone could carpool with him on the way out.

He's just dumb. He's gotten away with other shit on his twitter and facebook and they still kept him. You'd think he'd know better. But had to do another one.

Yeah if anything I was surprised he lasted as long as he did given his propensity for sticking his foot in his mouth.

I thoroughly enjoyed Kingdoms of Amalur.

How long until Fox Sports hires Schilling to do a show like they did Cowherd?

I hate Schilling and he was awful in the booth, but the meme he commented on is hilarious.

Schilling should put on a wig and start using women's bathrooms at various Disney theme parks. Heck don't even use a wig. I am sure the women would be quite upset. I'd love to see Disney's response to that.

He was literally just talking about it Monday when they were discussing Heyward's comments on the Cardinals. He talked about how he had a lot of experience with dumb quotes.

I guess sharing that meme was more important than working for ESPN

He'll be fine. He'll be the go to baseball guy for a certain segment of the population that agrees with his views.

I don't know why a guy who lost his FU money wouldn't just shut up and collect checks

He should go be a co-host on North's Fox Radio show.
