typical flyers year...seven wins in a row and can't even feel good because now our top defenseman's out possibly for his career, and giroux's out "indefinitely" due to a concussion. what is it about our top players that always end up concussed? (lindros, i'm looking at you).

the guy's a doucher and i didn't necessarily love him on our team but he did make the flyers much more potent and dangerous (and dirty of course). but this is a huge setback.

I was sorry to see this happen, but after reading an extensive New York Times article on Derek
Booguard and learning more about CTE, I am glad he is taking time to sit down. He has been in
the league a long time.
