Is this to profile the commies on the bored?

Datsyuk isn’t even the best Red Wing. Lariniov and Federov I think. Anyway Bure was good for a good while. Going to be hard to argue against Ovechkin in the end.

No one. There's nothing worthwhile that ever came out of (Soviet) Russia. Or Russia period imo. Shit food, liquor, music and literature.

Wrong as hell. Russian music and literature are both fantastic. (Can't speak for the booze, obviously.) Also, to stay on topic, it's Soviet hockey that we have to thank for the game having any sort of artistry. Canadians, left to their own devices, would have played dump-and-chase till eternity. The Red Army innovated possession hockey by everyone living in the barracks together and being able to anticipate one another's movements. Of course, North Americans have since stripped that artistry back out by reducing the game to nothing but high-volume shooting, but show me a sport that analytics haven't ruined.

No their music and literature is either overwrought or boring as hell and their music is contrived, repetitive bullshit. And Olympic hockey is better without those cocksuckers. Fuck them all.

Come on, Stravinsky is one of the most influential composers ever, before you even take into account that he's sampled in like every '80s song ever recorded. Shostakovich covertly composed a celebration of Stalin's death; does that do nothing for you?

A kid could be having happiest day possible sitting on the street corner or a park enjoying a candy cane. Regular reader would come by and make the kid cry because, "red sucks, and peppermint might as well be vomit."

I like Scriabin's piano work. It's not dense and turgid as you'd expect from the Russians.

Reader having a total 'merica moment...i love it

I can't argue with Curious hockey point.....legit.
Add me to the Tchaikovsky fan club. His compositions had balls...not quite as metal as Wagner, but pretty damn heavy!

Dense and turgid. Perfect description of almost all things Russian.
