Post subject:  Place to watch the game?

After watching Game 5 yesterday, I realize I *have* to watch Game 6. I'll be flying into Midway that evening and staying with my grandfather in the north suburbs. Any recommendations on a bar/restaurant that will for sure have the game on, as well as decent food?

Thanks.

FavreFan, you can post as yourself, you dont have to be embarrassed that you want to watch hockey.

I'm sure there is a television somewhere in the area you live in that is showing the game. You don't have to fly into Chicago to see it.

Won't grandpa be pissed if you didn't watch the game with him? order a pizza, have a beer or three.

By the time we get a car and back to his place, the game will be over. And getting grandpa to work the VCR is asking a lot.

However, he wants to go out for a few beers and some pizza with me, which sounds great. So... any recommended places?

just go to CLH's house...it's got more alcohol there than any bar you'll find.

Actually, Ill be stopping at Mars Cheese Castle to fill up tonight :)

By the way, try BW3s. They are usually good for showing hockey and have a lot of tvs.
