This seems like a pretty big event. And we've seen with Soccer and other international events that nationalism is a key component in ratings. I dont see why they cant throw this on ESPN2 or some shit. I'm pretty sure it would beat out some of its cable competitors.

yeah its a huge event. Anyone who's anyone in the NHL has most likley played in the World Juniors at some point. Kane and Toews just to name a couple locally.

That was a great finish, they said that there will be a replay on the NHL network tomorrow night for those who missed most of the game because of the blackhawks... God how I love international hockey, those kids were flying out there, but the only change I would make is to keep it 5 on 5 for the OT, but it was a damn good winning goal, the kid was aiming from his peripheral and the replacement goalie for the US played his balls off tonight as well, great game... I'm gonna be watching for that taylor hall kid, he could be a superstar...
