I don't really have time right now, and I don't even know what the fuck i'm doing on here considering I have to finish a 7 page paper by 10:30, but no this is not entirely correct. there is a cushion for bonuses that 7.5% of the cap, so you can pay bonuses up to 7.5 percent of the cap, if he team has more than that in bonuses to pay, that counts against the cap, but that scenario doesn't happen all that often... it might with the hawks, but I'm to lazy to look at contracts, so I don't know for sure gotta fly! |

To me, it makes sense that they would count. Otherwise, a team could pay guys extremely low salaries with bonuses built-in that were locks to "acheive". |
