Not sure this is the right section, but whatever.

Did anyone else catch all the college hockey this weekend? Some great games as always in what has to be the most underrated competition in sports. Gonna be some great games this week now that its down to 4 teams.

For those of you who didn't pay attention, the frozen four are North Dakota vs Michigan and Minnesota-Duluth vs Notre Dame. Michigan got in after winning is first game in controversial fashion when an 10 minute goal review was needed to determine that Michigan scored the game winner in OT. Minnesota Duluth upset the #1 seed in the tournament Yale in its bracket. Notre Dame had a tough time with Merrimack in its first game. North Dakota has to be the favorite after blowing out RPI and bitter rival Denver en route to the frozen four.

I picked North Dakota in my bracket and am sticking with that pick. Gotta cheer for the alma mater of Johnny Toews not to mention the second coolest sweater in all of hockey with our Blackhawks #1.

Semi final games are Thursday and the final is Saturday.

My Son & I watched a couple of the games including the Yale rout of Cornell. Yale looked to be far & away the best team, but as we saw in the NCAA basketball tournament, anything can & usually does happen in college sports, which is what makes it so enjoyable.

Minnesota-Duluth-3 Notre Dame-2 after 1

Lots of whistles in this game but damn, there is some amazing talent on the ice... not in net though...

Andy Miele won the Hobey. First player in Miami history to do so. So at least there's that
