It's on...I don't get it

But it's kind of like football and these dudes are beating the hell out of each other.

Still better than basketball.

There was an All Blacks exhibition game on CSN+ a couple months ago and I couldn't really follow it. It was like really disorganized football, which I suppose is more or less what it is.

I was entertained.

Games are super short. 14 minutes total.

It might be purged by now but I think we had a thread on the 2007 cricket world cup in this section.

My wife explained to me that this was not the norm...this was some sort of 7 on 7 tournament thing...

I watched England's opening match of the Six Nations against Wales and I gotta admit I didn't understand it either.

It's a fantastic sport. It's fast paced while at the same time very rough. It isn't that difficult to understand on a basic level. No forward passes...must release ball when tackled.

These guys play just East of Diversey driving range. Dont know when they play, but it is a real league. Yes, I know who is playing, but it was damn vicious. Most guys were really slow, so the 1 or 2 really fast guys on each team dominated.

Dont know if we walked in on some special tourney, but they were playing some guys from New Zealand. Quite a road trip .
