It’s a nice stadium that no one in the city or the suburbs wants to go to. Hope they build a stadium at the old Michael Reese place, but they won’t. |

What else is tied into that number? Especially since I vaguely recall it originally being a $75mm project covered by ridiculous property taxes they've been collecting for years. |

I think everyone in Bridgeport has a $250,000 (or some such) price tag on their heads. How do you develop the community that way? Or sell your house? Just a shame. Spiral, you live in Oak Lawn? |

People think the stadium is far, but technically it's just a mile or so outside of the city limits that stretch to 65th and Harlem. I was just driving around there last Sunday and they are building a new hotel, too. I have to believe the hotel had no idea that they were going to leave. Or maybe the hotel is trying to cash in on the proximity to Midway. |

Sadly, this doesn't surprise me. I went to a game once.....it was a fine stadium. I'm not a soccer guy, but enjoyed the game. The stadium is the only reason to go there.....that's not gonna cut it. |
