I got Dave Mustaine and Steven Adler's autobiographies for Christmas. I've read just about every rock/metal memoir that's been released, and these are two of the better ones. Both are brutally honest and unflinching. What I really dug was both these guys take personal responsibility for their demons and their consequences. It's not 300 pages of "so and so fucked me over." There is a little bit of "I was no worse than them" in each book, but that's the truth. They're worth checking out if you like these sort of reads.
