Joe seems like a nice guy who has fun at his job, but very funny... ugh. At some point trying to make everything you say funny is OHFicially Harry T. humor. Mispronouncing words on purpose to fish for laughs from Terry is annoying and obvious.

He says what many are thinking, but too PC to admit it.
He observes extreme sterotypes from ALL races and comments on them.
