Guy named kelly calls in and corrects North on many things.

The caller explains that Mike didn't lose his job when he was arrested.

Mike then says "Everybody has been arrested."

Mike goes on to explain that when you get arrested 3 times for the same thing is when you should lose your job.

Mike further explains to the audience that his DUI is a victimless crime.

Mike can teach the class and defend his positions on Drunk Driving, Racism and the revision of the 3 Strike rule.

Just once I would like to sit in a room with Joel Hollander and listen to 20 minutes of Mike's show with him and see the look on his face.

Failure does not begin to explain what North has done with the tools provided for him, but the people above him should be physically tortured for thinking North was going to be capable designing and maintaining a radio show.

Was he talking about arrests or convictions...because there was at least one more arrest in his backround that we have discussed in detail here.

Insensitive racial remarks . . . ignorance and stupidity . . . ratings-wise, he's barely able to keep his head above water against some nationally syndicated New York-Boston axis-of-evil shitfest . . . so far, none of this has brought North down. But now, has he finally crossed the line? His defense of his DUI being a "victimless crime" on the technicality that he was caught before he hurt or killed anyone is just pathetic. DUI is not something anyone, let alone a radio personality, should defend in any way or hide behind on a technicality. How could you be anything but embarrassed and apologetic over such an offense? Yet there he was. calling people who took offense at his remarks "morons."

And Mike, on your eventual way out the door, take Fred with you. Up until now, Fred never really troubled me one way or another, but his defense of Mike as he was on this "victimless crime" rant was sickening. I will say this for Fred, though: his ability to still get out all those "Yep", "That's right", and "mmm-hmmm's" while having his lips locked around Mike's dick was amazing.

I hope the Senn people were listening. If not, someone in the know should let THEM know. Comments like these are far worse than any "Chinaman" comment. He keeps digging that career grave and we'll see if any higher ups have the balls to burry him in it! He should be fired immediately!

OK OK, I am not here to defend Mike on his comments, but what then makes a really good TALK RADIO show is when the other person says some thing like.

"Hold on Mike, what did you mean by 'Everybody has been arrested' because I would argue MOST people have not been arrested." Says the NEW Co Host.

Plus Bearguy forgot to mention the part when the caller had to inform Mike it was not Black History Month as Mike told us a few times this morning while I sat in my car drinking my green tea and it was about 3! 3 Degrees!
