Wow. Miss a little,miss a lot.

Here is my 2 cents:
* Hey,I bought GM Stock.

* BigFan should have one simple rule on here, you release someone's personal info you are banned for at least 4 months. I was angry about that "Scorehead" fiasco, too.

IMU, does the number of people that tell you you're mistake vs. the number of people that agree with you do anything for you?

Didn't Scorehead release his own name to the board? How is that someone else's fault?

Bottom line is the first time I was told that I posted you and your husband's names, birthdates, anniversery and social security numbers and address, I decided I wasn't going to post here again. I've always acknowledged to playing off things you posted but never to having posted what was alleged.

The next three times the games were positioned as creepy posting personal info on this board, I had similar feelings about just leaving. I apologized for those games '07, '08, '09, '10 and now 2011 (deleted thread/post). Maybe the best way I can apologize is to go with my original instinct. It's not worth it.

Not sure what to say other than I don't believe that. I don't find you to have much credibility and that is because of your history and actions here. Do you take any responsibility for what you did post...or why is seemed funny? Plus I think you mult.

You had bad info, I've never said anything about anniversary or SS#. I'll agree you never said here is spaulding's info. Do you have a story you want to tell?

die in a fire. Wow.
I see you a bit differently now IMU.

And really, stocks are a bit of a longer term investment and not so much a 3-4 month thing. But that's cool.

Of all the harmful things one could wish on another, Die in a fire is shockingly humorous for some reason.

It is a very blanket harmful wish though. Are we talking car fire, house fire, tied to a post in the middle of a bonfire, backdraft behind the bathroom door fire, doused with gasoline and set on fire or spontaneous combustion?

Why do you get so mad all the time? It's a bad character trait to have. There is no shame in not understanding the stock market.

Please go see what Dr. Kenneth Noisewater said to you. You have a clear, 100% refutable statement that you've made multiple times.

Don't directly quote something I say, and then claim that you are talking about something else. That's the point of the quote function. Once again, your response to me saying that people got a nice short term gain was to say that you can't turn it into cash if no one is buying. Of course no one is willing to pay $50 now for the stock. Anyone with the slightest bit of knowledge of the stock market knows that if a stock is selling for $36 or $38 that no one is spending $50 to buy it. It's laughable that is your reasoning.

You sound mad. It will be ok. That still doesn't change the fact that the entire discussion was about the current state of GM stock and that the future was TBD(to be determined).

You were the one to directly quote me in that thread. I've done a good job of ignoring you to a point but it was too hard to pass up your quote about how no one is willing to buy the stock at the current price.

No... no I don't.

The only bias is the one you have, my friend. You're on of the more biased, least tolerant people here.
But like the Israel thread, I'm throowiddit here (with regards to your posts).

I guess the original thread is now gone, but I do seem to remember Rick's original point being that the GM bailout was great for the US, not that some folks made some short term gains off trading the stock.
I also remember posting the greatest benefactors of the deal was the UAW who are in bed with the Whitehouse. What's wrong with a little Crony Capitalism by the most transparent administration in history.
In any event, it's gonna take a long time to make the money back the Feds "invested" in GM.

The GM IPO thread still exists. I actually looked it over. My point in the deleted thread was that it was a good short term gain and that long term it is TBD. We know I was right in the short term. It's still unknown for the long term.

I stand by what I said in the GM IPO thread too. This stock will hit $50 a share in 3-5 years which would be a great gain for any investor.

I'm not trying to be a jerk here but I would recommend you find a book on how the stock market works.

However, is it your new point that GM stock will never hit $40 because of that logic?

Buying and selling is the volume. For every person wanting to sell at $39, somebody needs to buy it. When the stock was at $39, the trading volumes were 20-30 million.
