Pujols is a freak. None of us can say he won't have the same numbers.
As a Cubs fan, I don't worry about 10 years from now. If decisions that allow us to win in 2012, 2013, 2014 eventually hurt us in 2020, I'm okay with that.
Just make damn sure you can win now with those decisions.
this rationale is what caused the current situation this team finds itself in. They went for it and fell on their faces 2 yrs in a row in the playoffs.
